This has been one of the most unacceptable experiences ever. I booked a ticket with KLM through Sky-tours. Customer service is especially poor at Sky-Tours. It is taking me 1 year to get rebook a canceled flight. With gaps of 2 months in between the (generally unhelpful) responses.
