Missed flight, lost business, and €320+ in extra costs due to misleading app data!
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Ryanair. Due to incorrect and misleading flight information provided directly inside the official Ryanair app, I ended up missing my flight.
Because of their system error, I was forced to pay an extra €120 at the airport, and I had no choice but to book a last-minute flight with another airline for an additional €200 just to get to my destination.
The financial damage didn't stop there. Missing this flight caused a massive domino effect: I completely missed my hotel booking, my rental car reservation, and—worst of all—an important business meeting.
When I filed an official complaint, Ryanair simply brushed it off with a standard copy-paste response, refusing to take responsibility for their own app's faulty data and putting all the blame on the customer.

Worst Airline in the history of Airlines. My experience:
Outward flight:
* More than 3 hours delay
* Horrible staff
First try for a return flight:
* More than 3 hours delay
* Cancellation of flight
* Lies about cancellation
* No help with booking a hotel / transfer
* Unfriendly staff
Second try for a return flight:
* More delays
* Landing at the wrong airport
* Waiting more than 3 hours for a transfer to the right airport
* More lies about the reason of landing at the wrong airport (they knew they couldn’t land at Eindhoven because of the same problem as yesterday, and they still went for it)
