Poorly organized
Fraudulent advertising.Many exclusions not named in brochure and promised inclusions not delivered.
Letter of complaint sent to Effeweg has not been responded to.
Considering that we did a 22 day bus tour to Portugal/Spain with Effeweg
4 years ago and had a wonderful trip it was a complete disappointment
And the fact that there was no response to my complaints only proves that they no longer care about their customers after they have received your money and confirmed your bookings and then start demanding more money.
Highly recommend looking into their business practises and search for a more honest company to do business with.
